Force Whirlwind

You can use the Force to create a whirlwind of small objects that disrupt concentration and inflict damage.
Time: Full-round action. Target: Special.
  Make a Use the Force check. Compare the result to the Reflex Defense of all targets within a 6x6 square centered up to 30 squares away. If the result of your Use the Force check equals or exceeds the target's Reflex Defense, the target takes 3d6 points of damage from being repeatedly struck by small objects picked up by the whirlwind. In addition, the target's attacks, skill checks, and ability checks receive a
-5 penalty for the duration of the whirlwind. If the result of your Use the Force check is less than the target's Reflex Defense, the target takes half damage, and the penalty incurred is only -2. The whirlwind lasts for 3 rounds.
  Special: You can spend a Force Point to extend the duration of the whirlwind to 5 rounds.
