SF30 Frigate

The SF30 Frigate is the smallest ship in GDX Group's capital ship line. It was originally designed to be used for policing civilian populations but was later adapted for military use. The SF30's military capabilities were proven during the Plantation Uprisings near the Corporate Sector, when two SF30 Frigates engaged and wiped out the entire defense fleet for one of the worlds in rebellion.
  Despite the fact that it has been rated as a fast capital ship, the SF30 proved to not be as popular as initially expected due to the frigate's lack of firepower.
  Tactical Fire: The speed at which the SF30 Frigate moves when compared to the other capital ships designed by GDX Group allows the ship to outrun them and many other capital ships of similar size. As a standard action, a SF30 Frigate can forgo all attacks to provide tactical fire to all squares in a 2-square radius around itself. All allied starships that start their turn within that area gain a 50% boost in speed (round down) or 1 bonus maneuver for that round.
