| The Sebiri are a race of humanoids native to Sebiris, located beyond the edge of known space. They don't usually wear clothing, since their bodies are covered by a thick, scaly hide. A single ridge of bony horns stretches from the bridge of their scant noses in a cone-shaped pattern to the top of their foreheads. A almost mane-like set of coarse black hair starts just past the top of the forehead and tumbles down the back. Males of the species often braid this mane with pieces of bone, vegetation or some other form of decorative (but primitive) jewelry. Greenish-brown in color and possessing red, slit-pupiled eyes that allow them to see well in daylight or darkness, the Sebiri are excellent hunters and trappers. It should be known that they are also very skilled in primitive combat, especially with spears, slings and clubs. Surprisingly, some of the natives own primitive firearms (similar to flintlocks) that are assumed to have been given by "Klendost Petrivoor". (Very few Sebiri can fire these weapons with any level of proficiency. The firearms are quite inaccurate, and the noise tends to startle the shooter as much as his target.) Despite having a superstitious culture, Sebiri are friendly to strangers, especially those that bring gifts (called K'va't'uuk in their native language). However, any attempt to venture into L'ttuuk'chk (translated as "holy ground" or forbidden land") will be confronted with violence.
