Uukaablians

The Uukaablians, long ago a vicious, warlike species, eventually evolved into a peaceful worldwide community determined to improve their lives through medical technology. Although they have heard of the Galactic Civil War between the Empire and the Rebellion, they have not yet met anyone from either faction in the Kathol sector. Governmental leaders, however, are anxious to meet with species from other worlds, especially those that originate closer to the Core, in hopes of establishing a trade agreement. They hope that a trade agreement will help their medical technology spread throughout the galaxy. Uukaablians have developed their social graces to the point where they have mastered the art of conversation. While speaking with somebody, they strive to fill any gap of silence with discussion of any topic that comes to mind. Yet, they value politeness and diplomacy above all other social traits and are sought after to assist at political summits. Unfortuately, Uukaablians are difficult to silence, even after an agreement has been reached.
