Darkstryder Adventure: "Crisis"

Gaelin is a tall, gangling young man with unkempt orange-red hair and freckles that dot his pale skin. He doesn't look to have eaten very well, as he sports an undernourished look.

Born on Pembric II, Gaelin was discovered by the Keiffler brothers, a group of some of the best slicers in Kathol sector. He joined with them, learning their skills and trade secrets, for several years. Some time later, Moff Sarne hired them to perform some slicer work on Kal'Shebbol. The entire operation moved there for several months to perform several well-paying jobs for the Moff, including planting several trapdoor programs into his new corvette, the Renegade. When they had completed their job, Sarne had no further use for them and had them killed, except for Gaelin. He was sent back to Pembric II to keep an eye on Bombaasa for the Moff.

Upon returning to his homeworld, Gaelin discovered that the Bombaasa had taken the Keiffler business over. Not trusting him due to his work with Sarne, the crimelord shut the lad away with his equipment. Gaelin still managed to send his reports to Kal'Shebbol, until he fled when the New Republic arrived in the sector.

Gaelin is quite flexible when it comes to his loyalties. He tends to flock to the greatest source of income and power. Although he is willing to work aboard the Farstar for now, he should not be trusted in the long run if something better comes along.
