Barrzakarr was a slave to Draska the Hutt. He always drew strength from his anger, and used it one day to kill his slavemaster. Draska ordered that Barrzakarr be executed the next day.

Before the execution could take place, the Wookiees were rescued by Kurrelgyrre, Wookiee Jedi Knight. During the battle, Kurrelgyrre could sense Force ability in Barrzakarr. The two fought hard to escape and rescue their fellow Wookiees.

After the battle, Kurrelgyrre attempted to help Barrzakarr learn to control his anger and focus his abilites. Barrzakarr was a poor student in this regard. He and Kurrelgyrre fought a terrible battle that both barely walked away from.

Barrzakarr now walks a very dark and dangerous road. He scours the galaxy for those who would still enslave Wookiees, then dispenses his harsh brand of justice upon them.

Barrzakarr serves as a constant reminder to Kurrelgyrre of the road he himself may have once traveled. Kurrelgyrre has vowed to put an end to Barrzakarr’s brand of justice.
