| Appearance and Biology: Lannik are short humanoids, standing 1 to 1.2 meters tall, with large pointed ears. Lannik warriors wear their hair in a topknot. Temperament: Serious, contemplative, honor-bound History and Culture: A diminuitive race of warriors, the Lannik race are held to a centuries-old code of honor. Although generally calm and slow to rile, the Lannik are a race of fierce warriors when angered or called to battle. Lannik in the Galaxy: Most males--and many females--serve in the planetary militia, celebrating the species' past as a warrior race. Some take on off-world mercenary work.
