Native to an isolated world in the Outer Rim, the jaggar is a ruthless predator that spends its life in total darkness. The jaggar is a bipedal creature with a long tail and two strong walking legs that contain long, sharp claws. Interesting to note is that the jaggar also has a set of wings capable of flight. The jaggar also has a tall, crescent-shaped head with two rigid stalks that stretch from the sides of its head. One would expect eyes to be at the ends of these stalks, but none are present. Instead, special sensory organs exist that emit and receive a type of sonar that enables the jaggar to see. The jaggar's mouth is full of dagger-like teeth that can easily bite through bone and rend flesh.

Jaggars has virtually hunted most other species on its planet to extinction. Now, the jaggar hunts others of its kind to survive. However, they prefer other lifeforms over their own and will hunt them exclusively if their presence is known. Despite their cannibalistic tendencies, they do hunt in packs. When attacking, jaggars use a variety of methods to trap their prey, including rush attacks by one of the pack and swarming the victim.
